SLOVENIA
The Republic of Slovenia is a small, but very topographically diverse country in the far South of central Europe. It is made up of four major European geographic landscapes; the Alps, the karstic Dinaric Alps, the Pannonian and Danubian lowlands and hills, and the Mediterranean coast. It occupies an area of 20.273 km2 and has a population of 2.066.880 people (in January 2018).
